Welcome to our page for investors and bankers.

We own or manage around 14,000 homes in six boroughs of east London and the Essex commuter belt, an area of great challenge and great opportunity. Housing demand and regeneration activity continues to increase, not least at the Olympic Park near our head office in Stratford where we are an active partner in delivering regeneration opportunities.

Our geographic focus means we have a great understanding of our area and our tenants, allowing us to support them through changes and challenges with insight, and pitch our products appropriately. Within this area we wield considerable influence and a strong reputation making us a key partner for the Local Authorities and the GLA among others.

The economic downturn of recent years has been tough on the social housing sector as a whole. We have and will continue to manage the changes to our environment while remaining robust and improving our services; our Improving East Thames programme has delivered these outcomes while making £9M in cost savings so far. We have a low-risk development programme in our local area, and are well placed to manage changes to government policies affecting our tenants.
